ATTENTION: One Pay Sunset & WAWF Transition Updates

One Pay Shutdown Notification for Local Processing Official (LPO):

 LPOs for the following One Pay Pay Office DoDAAC(s) N45924, N56001, N60951, N60957, N61240, N62588, N62649, N62863, N63005, N68529, N68688, N68732, N68892, HQ0248, HQ0393, HQ0721, HQ0420, we are asking you to review actionable “Final” invoices and take one of the following actions as soon as possible:

  • Accept and forward the invoice(s) to DFAS for payment, or
  • Reject the invoice(s) back to the vendor with the appropriate reason.

Important Timeline:

  • Cutoff Date: Friday, 16 October 2026
  • Beginning Monday, 19 October 2026, any remaining unresolved “Final” invoices will no longer be excluded and will be added to the list of invoices requiring rejection action.

 

On 2 November 2026, all One Pay LPO roles will be deactivated and invoices will no longer be processed for these Pay DoDAACs.  Please complete your review and necessary actions by the cutoff date to avoid unnecessary rejections and potential delays in payment processing.  

 

Vendors:

If you receive invoice rejections, please work with your Contracting Officer to modify contracts to the correct new pay office DoDAAC.  They will determine the status of the contract and what actions are needed to validate payments.

PAYMENT OFFICE HQ0338 IS NO LONGER ACTIVE. DO NOT SUBMIT INVOICES TO THIS PAYMENT OFFICE.  PLEASE READ BELOW

Effective September 1, 2026 Payment Office HQ0338 was deactivated and is no longer valid for invoice submission.  Please direct invoices to Pay Office DoDAAC HQ0339.  If your contract still reflects Pay Office HQ0338 , please contact your PCO to execute a contract modification to change it to HQ0339.

 


(2026-JUL-27 00:00 UTC)   System: All  Subject: PIEE account deactivation timeline  Action Required!  Critical!  Message For: All Users  

On OCT 14th, 2026, PIEE will implement a configuration change to the amount of time an account may be left unused before it goes into an inactive status.

This means you will need to log into your PIEE account at least every 34 days to keep your account active.
THIS IS NOT A PASSWORD CHANGE REQUIREMENT.

Why: This change is to comply with DoW and DLA cyber security standards

*this is a system message, not an error*

If you receive an error "The connection for this site is not secure", or an SSL error, please contact your local system support. It is a local browser error, it is not a PIEE, account, or certificate error.

Troubleshooting of this error must occur locally with someone who has local system administrator access to the affected PC.

Possible solutions:

Try this first: Fully clear your browser, and system temporary internet cache, cookies, and SSL cache. (See below)

Complete the Machine Setup under New User on the website (link below)

Correct the system date and time

Reinstall root certificates (The DigiCert Global Root certificates may need to be manually deleted from the trusted root certificate store prior to reinstallation in some cases)

To fully clear your cache, cookies and SSL Cache:

From the Start menu search for “Internet Options”

On the General Tab > Under Browsing History click Delete > Uncheck "Preserve Favorites Website Data" [if available] > Check "Temporary Internet Files" [if unchecked] > Check "Cookies" [if unchecked] > Click Delete > On the Content Tab > Click Clear SSL State

ON Edge and Chrome

Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data > Select - All Time for the timeframe > Cookies and other site data > Cached images and files > Site Settings > click “Clear data” and restart the browser.


If still unsuccessful: disable all browser extensions. reset browsers to default settings. clear browser and Internet cache and clear ssl state.

Add "cac.piee.eb.mil" and "piee.eb.mil" to the trusted sites list. Reset advanced internet options to its default state.

Verify system date and time settings are valid, and local antivirus or firewall settings are not blocking SSL connections to piee.eb.mil or cac.piee.eb.mil, and that there are no known network communication issues.
