PIEE records retention has been activated. Records retention dates are assigned based on the record type and Component. Once the retention period is past, records and associated documents will be destroyed. We are currently working through the backlog of records past their retention date with the expectation of being current later in the year.
Components can run reports of records that have been destroyed or have retention dates assigned using the Destruction Reports in EDA Analytics.

If a Component needs to reopen a contract, that can now be accomplished through PIEE Contract Closeout.
