Far East District (POF) is considering BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) for Laboratory Analytical Services.  This contract is for analytical services to support for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Far East District (FED), for the chemical analysis of industrial wastes and waters, soils, sediments, sludge, ground waters, surface waters, oils, paint chips, air and other environmental samples. The objective of this contract is to obtain technically valid and legally defensible environmental data that will meet or exceed the required site-specific data quality objectives.
