The intent of this solicitation is to select one contractor for the construction of a new Microgrid for Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. The basis of award is the Best Value Trade-Off Process.***************Amendment 0001***************Solicitation W912QR24R0014 for the Camp Arifjan Microgrid is hereby amended as follows:a. The proposal due date is hereby extended to 1:00 PM Eastern Time on 5 April 2024.c. All Amendments must be acknowledged.d.
