EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 16, 2025: The government has posted Amendment No. 0003 hereunder this Notice (please refer to the Attachments Section). EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 11, 2025: The government has posted Amendment No. 0001 hereunder this Notice (please refer to the Attachments Section). This amendment is to include a Pre-Proposal Meeting. *** Under this Solicitation Notice, the Chicago District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers issues Solicitation No. W912P625R0002 for purposes of receiving technical and price proposals. Therefore, provided hereunder is the relevant Request for Proposals solicitation package for construction projects in support of the Chicago District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, INDEFINITE DELIVERY, INDEFINITE QUANTITY, MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT FOR VARIOUS SMALL CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS IN ILLINOIS AND INDIANA. The North American Industry System Classification Code is 237110, with a small business size standard in dollars of $45.0 million. Competition for this acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The maximum dollar aggregate value for all contracts, combined, will not exceed $24,900,000.00. The construction elements include but are not limited to: Potable water supply and storage, Stormwater detention, Treatment and distribution systems, Sanitary, storm, and water pipeline installation and lining, Drainage structures, Pump and lift stations, Wastewater treatment and water treatment system upgrades (rehabilitation), Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), and Site restoration including pavements, curb and gutter, sidewalks, seeding and sodding. Work will be issued by negotiated firm-fixed price task orders. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, supplies, and materials necessary to perform work associated with task orders.
