This service is a 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB) to provide rental of, installation, inspection, and permitting a 6000 lb. or 30 persons personnel hoist/elevator and four (4) 135 ft. telescopic boom man lifts for use by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) at the Wilson Main Lock Dewatering.
