This request for quotes is for a Contractor to purchase and deliver, including unloading, bedding stone in accordance with the requirements listed in the Scope of Work. All materials shall be delivered to a dock furnished by the government at the Kinder Morgan facility in Ashtabula, OH. Contractor will provide all labor, materials, and services required. One (1) firm-fixed-price contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. The contract includes one (1) base line item and one (1) optional line item.
