Description

The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) intends to award a five-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) single award task order contract (SATOC), to include for remediation of the Balance of Plant (BOP) and Groundwater Operable Units (OU) and other site services of the Niagara Falls Storage Site (NFSS) in Lewiston, Niagara County, New York. The site is included in the government’s Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program (FUSRAP). The contract will include a five-year ordering period in accordance with (IAW)DFARS 217.204. The IDIQ will include one remediation task order, Task Order 1, which will be a mix of firm-fixed price (FFP) and cost-plus fixed fee (CPFF) line items. This is a best value acquisition. Task Order 1, remediation of BOP and OU, will be used as the basis for award. Site visit is January 19, 2023.
