Description

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work consists of placing approximately 1,280,000 cubic yards of dredged material on Folly Beach, and 40,000 cubic yards of dredged material on Bird Key. Suitable borrow material will be dredged from the Folly River Federal Channel and Folly River Borrow Area, Charleston County, South Carolina. The work includes before and after surveys of the beach areas and monitoring structures adjacent to Folly Beach during construction. The work includes complying with the requirements of the Endangered Species Act and Marine Mammals Protection Act. This Solicitation is hereby posted and active as of 07 November 2023.                                                          Amendment 0001 is posted to correct the NAICS Code size standard from $39,500,000.00 to $37,000,000.00 in both Block 10 of the SF1442 and within FAR Clause 52.204-8. Amendment 0001 is hereby posted and active as of 8 November 2023.                   Amendment 0002 is posted to correct the Virtual Bid Opening start time. Amendment 0002 is hereby posted and active as of 1 December 2023.
