Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Europe District intends to issue Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for the procurement of Professional Italian Safety Coordinator Services and other services stated in the attached solicitation and performance work statement (PWS). The services are to be performed in conjunction with selected construction contracts/task orders in accordance with (IAW) Italian Laws no. 81/2008 (all articles, and in particular articles 89, 90, 91, 92, 98, 99, 100, 818/1984, DPR 170/2005 arts.223 and all updates and amendments). These are not Professional Architectural-Engineering Services under the Brooks Act, 40 U.S.C.541-544.
