Description

The U.S. Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville (CEHNC) intends to award an unrestricted, firm-fixed price (FFP), indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ), multiple award task order contract (MATOC) with a small business reserve. The work will be performed at multiple locations throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, and other outlying areas (as defined by FAR 2.101), as well as foreign jurisdictions outside the Continental United States to include: Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Germany, Honduras, Japan, Republic of Korea-South, Kuwait, Marshall Islands, Netherlands, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom. Other foreign jurisdictions outside the Continental United States may be added to the geographic scope of the base MATOC if deemed appropriate. Questions relative to these documents shall be submitted no later than 9:00 am Central Time, 05 OCT 23, to ensure adequate time is allotted to form an appropriate response and amend the solicitation, if necessary. Offerors shall post questions and/or comments using ProjNet and the following bidder key: Website: http://www.projnet.org/projnetKey: BGZMYW-C7QG8G. No questions will be accepted via phone. Individual meetings with firms will not be scheduled. Voicemails with questions and/or requests for meetings will not receive a response. Responses to Questions will not be posted to ProjNet. If questions are received an amendment may be issued to address said questions. Responses to questions will be provided to all potential Offerors. The Government reserves the right not to respond to any questions concerning this solicitation received after the question receipt date and time stated above. Accordingly, Offerors should carefully review all solicitation requirements and submit questions to the Government early in the proposal cycle. It is not anticipated that the closing date for receipt of proposals will be extended.
