Description

The US Army Corps of Engineers will award a firm-fixed-price job order contract (JOC) for general construction, repair, renovation, and maintenance task orders to be performed at Washington Aqueduct facilities in the Washington DC metropolitan area. This negotiated acquisition is solicited under full and open competition and will result in a single $25M indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) JOC with a five (5) year ordering period. ***Amendment 0001 extends the period for submitting questions to 12 July 2024 and the proposal due date to 31 July 2024. Please see the attached amendment for full details. Amendment 0002 extends the closing to 2 August 2024, provides responses to questions, and updates the wage determination. The solicitation has been revised; see attachments. ***
