U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Tulsa District (SWT) intends to issue a commercial solicitation, W912BV25QA011 for Herbicide Application Services for the Arkansas River within the U.S. Army Corps of Engineer Tulsa District Area of Operations, Oklahoma. The work required under this specification provides for the transportation and equipment to perform herbicide application services at the Mayo, Kerr, Webbers Falls, Chouteau, and Newt Graham Locks and Dams. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561730. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be on or about 03/21/2025. Contractors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at time of quote in order to receive a Government contract award. SAM registrations shall remain active throughout contract performance in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements. Failure to provide a copy of a valid Pesticide Applicators License may be grounds for an Unacceptable rating.
