Description

This is a competitive best value solicitation for a construction contract for the Webbers Falls Stilling Basin Scour Repairs located at Muskogee County, Oklahoma. The Government will evaluate proposals in accordance with the criteria, described herein and award a firm fixed-price contract to the responsible firm whose proposal conforms to all the terms and conditions of the solicitation and is determined the overall best value to the Government. *AM0001 - This amendment updates or removes various contract clauses, and clarifies that a site visit has been organized from the beginning of the solicitation phase. See Attachments for full details. *AM0002 - This Amendment is to provide revised specification sections, drawings, and CLIN Schedule. Additionally, the proposal date has been extended and the site visit sign-in sheet has been shared with industry. *AM0003 - This Amendment is to extend the proposal due date to 25 October 2023, to allow offerors to review remaining bidder inquiry responses.
