***11 March 2025: Amendment 0001: See attachment below*** The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, intends to award a firm-fixed-price Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) to perform general grounds maintenance at multiple areas of the Blue Marsh Lake project located in Leesport, Berks County, PA. Services will include lawn maintenance, tree felling and cleanup, stump grinding, tree limbing and chipping, brush cutting, debris removal and hauling, litter collection, and the utilization of specialized equipment including a bucket truck, dump truck, stump grinder, chipper, various mowers, and string trimmers. The area of responsibility includes the Day Use Area, Dry Brooks Boat Launch, Stilling Basin, State Hill Boat Launch, Church Road Access, and the Bernville Protective Works including the residential areas. This will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC). The contract will include a base ordering period plus two optional ordering period. The duration of the base and, any awarded optional, ordering periods will be 12 months, beginning on the dates identified in the contract Rate and Price Schedule. A site visit will be held 6 March 2025 at 9:00 AM, ET. For site visit information, see page 52 of the solicitation.
