Description

The Design-Build (DB) Contractor shall design and construct a minimum of 26, 3- bedroom dwelling units and an Area Distribution Node (ADN) for telecommunications distribution located at U.S. Army Garrison-Kwajalein Atoll (USAG-KA), Republic of the Marshall Islands. The DB Contractor shall demolish 34 abandoned housing units in six buildings at the Army Family Housing site at U.S. Army Garrison-Kwajalein Atoll, Republic of the Marshall Islands. Amendment 0003 in PIEE removed the draft watermark from SF1442 back page of AM-0002 and need not be acknowledged. Amendment 0004 in PIEE is actually AM-0003 that initiated Phase 2 RFP.  Note: AM-0004 SF-30 will not be used; the Gov system released it as AM-0005. Offerors shall acknowledge Amendments AM-0001, AM-0002, AM-0003, AM-0005,  AM-0006, AM-0007, and AM-0008 on the SF-30 forms and provide with their Phase 2 proposal per the RFP instructions.
