Description

1. TITLE EVIDENCE: a. All title evidence related to this Project/Work Item will be performed by the contractor that is awarded the contract. That contractor will continue to provide subsequent title evidence, when called upon to do so, until such time that subject land has been acquired or the Government determines there is no longer a need to acquire said land. b. All contracts placed under this Scope of Work will be issued to the contractor based on the price schedules submitted by the contractor. 2. TYPE OF TITLE: a. Preparation of preliminary commitment for two (2) Tax Parcels (to form 1 Tract) issuance of intermediate updates (2), preparation and issuance of a U.S. ALTA Owners Policy (one policy) post-closing, and document copies. Reference Exhibits A  B.1 thru B.2. 3. ATTACHMENTS AND DESCRIPTION OF SITE(S): a. Scope of Work attached hereto .b. See attached parcel maps/assessment for (2) parcel numbers:38 00 01 4 001 002.000, 38 00 01 4 001 002.003, c. All referenced parcels properties currently owned by Jefferson County Economic  Industrial Development Authority. d. Additional recorded instruments to be provided via email as needed. See additional detail within SOW.
