Description

The purpose of this acquisition is to establish a highly responsive repair and construction contracting tool to support DHS projects within the Mobile District AOR. The support to be provided is generally Design-Build (DB) repair and new construction work and may also include Design-Bid-Build (DBB) projects for repair and new construction. This MATOC will provide full-service design, repair, and construction of real property facilities and/or their systems and components for known and unanticipated DHS requirements. Amendment 0001 adds Phase 2 specifications. Amendment 0002 indefinitely suspends the solicitation until further notice.
