This is a small business set-aside, two-phase, design-build, construction solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to provide design, repair, and construction support for Civil Works projects in multiple locations throughout SAM Civil Works boundaries. Phase One will be conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 36. Amendment 0001 posted 21 February 2024 extends the response date and includes several updates to the specs. THE PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT 02 IS TO REMOVE THE REQUIREMENT FOR BID GUARANTEES (OFFER GUARANTEE) ON THE 1442 BLOCK 13B. Amendment 0003 is posted 16 January 2025 for the Phase 2 project Albany Environmental Infrastructure (Highland and Whitney) Albany, GA (Dougherty). Amendment 0004 posted 21 January 2025 revises several pages, updates specs, adds Appendix A and B, with a response date of 6 March 2025. Amendment 0005 posted 23 January 2025 includes a revised table of contents and the addition of technical specs in Appendix C. Zip files will be sent via DoD SAFE. Amendment 0006 posted 18 February 2025 adds Appendix D. Amendment 0007 posted 28 February 2025 extends the response due date to 27 March 2025.
