Description

The EQ Program includes, but is not limited to, all products and studies associated with Hazardous Materials to include Hazmat distribution and tracking, including tracking of Hazmat using Enterprise Environmental Safety, and Occupational Health, Management Information System (EESOH-MIS), and regulatory support for the U.S. Air Force. The work will be for Military related Environmental Services in support of the U.S. Air Force to include United States territories. The Contractor and the Contractor’s subcontractors and suppliers shall perform all work in full compliance with applicable Federal, State, Local laws and regulations. The Contractor shall have knowledge and demonstrable experience in the implementation and application of various laws, statues, and regulations. This procurement is 100% set-aside for 8(a) small business.  The size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates whose average annual gross revenue does not exceed $19,000,000.00 for the past three (3) years under NAICS 541620.The solicitation will only be issued as a direct download at the following website: https://piee.eb.mil. All offerors must be registered in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) before they will be allowed to download solicitation information. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Government’s best interest.
