THIS PROJECT IS ADVERTISED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS.THIS PROJECT IS A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP), TWO-PHASE DESIGN-BUILD MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (MATOC) SOURCE SELECTION SOLICITATION. The estimated cost range of this project is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. This solicitation is a “Best Value”, Two-Phase source selection.
