Description

This is the Amendment 0015 to solicitation W9126G25R0133 for the Central City Bypass Channel North project. The purpose of this Amendment is to cancel Solicitation W9126G25R0133. USACE SWF anticipates issuance of a new solicitation that does not include FAR 52.222-33 and FAR 52.222-34 at a future date. The USACE Head of the Contracting Activity has approved an exception for this project in accordance with FAR 22.504(d). The basis for the exception is unusual and compelling urgency in accordance with FAR 22.504(d)(1)(i)(D).As stated in 00 21 00, offerors will not be reimbursed any costs associated with proposal preparation for this solicitation.
