This document action has been revised to include the following: Vendor Questions with answers; CLIN Schedule; PWS; This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service. The contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, parking, supervision, and non-personal services necessary to perform mail services for the Cooperative Administration Support Unit (CASU) as defined in the Performance Work Statement.
