The NIST score is required before award. This announcement is a Design-Bid-Build, competitive Small Business set aside, firm-fixed price, SATOC for construction services at Piney Woods South Region, TX with a capacity of $20M.The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) for this procurement is 236220 which has a small business size standard of $45 Million.  The Product Service Code is Z1JZ - Maintenance Of Miscellaneous Buildings. Project Scope: The scope of this acquisition includes minor construction projects at South Piney Wood Region, Texas (which includes Sam Rayburn Reservoir and Town Bluff Lake) This would include a wide variety of repair and minor construction services, such as:•	Carpentry •	Painting•	Paving•	Road Maintenance•	Fencing•	Electrical•	Sign Maintenance and Installation Ordering period will be a one-year base and four 12-month option periods.
