Description

Fort Campbell, Kentucky requires a Job Order Contract (JOC) whereby a contractor provides all personnel, equipment, tools, material, and supervision to support sustainment, renovation, and modernization (SRM) construction services to Fort Campbell facilities and components geographically located within the counties of Montgomery and Stewart in the state of Tennessee. Work involves a variety of trades to include carpentry; roofing; painting; electrical; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); plumbing; masonry; demolition; storm drainage; earthwork; welding; energy conservation; environmental; logistical; operational type work; and other general construction. As a result of this solicitation, the Government will make a single award for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) JOC in accordance with Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS) 5117.90. The JOC will be an IDIQ type contract and will provide a wide variety of construction tasks. Estimated Task Orders (TOs) will range in value from $2,000.00 to $3,000,000.00.
