Description

The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Sacramento District (SPK) anticipates solicitation of a requirement for design-bid-build (DBB) construction services to be performed in support of the MOTCO T4 T7 Bridge Repairs at Military Ocean Terminal Concord (MOTCO), California.  In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204(g), the magnitude of construction for the anticipated project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.  The Government intends to solicit a Request for Proposals (RFP) that will result in award of a firm-fixed price contract.  The solicitation is NAICS is 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction. The small business size standard is $45,000,000.00 annual revenue. The Product and Service Code (PSC) is Z2LB, Repair or Alteration of Highways/Roads/Streets/Bridges/Railways.  The solicitation is a total small business set-aside.
