Description

Amendment 0002 extendes the Phase-one proposal due date from 15May2023 to 22May2023.  It also provide clarifications to 00 22 00 related to teaming arrangements, prime contractor project submissions, and the removal of FAR 52.236-1.Amendment 0001 issued to incorporate requirement of  Surety Bonding Capacity letter in Phase-1 proposal submission.  This project is in support of the DDJC Tracy Depot located in Tracy California and will consist of the following scope of work: Provide all labor, material, equipment, and supervision to design, supply and install two new 2000KW diesel generators along with all accessories including concrete foundations, fuel tanks, automatic transfer switches, switchgears, switchgear enclosures, wires, fences, paving, roads etc. New generators shall be connected to the existing 12KV power distribution circuits #2 and #3. New generators will provide backup power to all the mission critical warehouses connected to circuits #2 and #3.Per FAR 36.204(g) the estimated magnitude of this requirement is between $5M and $10M.
