HILL AIR FORCE BASE (HAFB) AIR FORCE TEST CENTER (AFTC) MUNITIONS OPERATING LOCATION FACILITY (MOLF). This requirement is to construct an 18,562 square foot (SF) single-story munitions maintenance and administration facility at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB), Utah. The construction of this project would include demolishing an existing building in order to clear the site for the new proposed facility. The new facility will combine a medium height maintenance bay to support the handling, inspection, and build-up of highly sensitive classified munitions; along with an administrative core to support logistics and production. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code: 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and Product or Service Code (PSC): Y1AZ, Construction of Administrative Facilities and Service Buildings. Small Business Administration (SBA) Size Standard: $45,000,000.00 Annual Revenue. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation 36.204(g), the estimated magnitude of construction for this project is estimated to be between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Requirement is a total (100%) small business set-aside.
