Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Sacramento District (SPK) requires construction services to strengthen the levee protecting the city of Marysville, California (CA) by the addition of seepage cutoff wall and to include construction of seepage berms adjacent to the Union Pacific Railroad crossing. In accordance with DFARS 236.204(i), the Government currently estimates the magnitude of construction for this project to be between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. This solicitation will PSC: Y1PZ, Construction of Other Non-Building Facilities and NAICS Code: 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. This will be set-aside for Small Business. SBA Size Standard: $39.5 million. Amendment 0001 is issued to update site visit information provided in FAR clause 52.236-27 SITE VIST (CONSTRUCTION) (FEB 1995) - ALTERNATE I (FEB 1995). Amendment 0002 is issued to 1) Extend the bid due to 2 February 2023 by 10:00 AM PST, 2) Incorporate Attachments 6 - 10, 3) Update Attachment 3 - Price Schedule with inclusion of Option CLIN 1004 - Coordination with Utility Relocations, 4) Update Attachment 5 - Wage Determination, and 5) Update page limitation of Tab 2 to 5 pages. Amendment 0003 is issued to extend the bid due date to 9 February 2023 by 10:00 AM PST. Revised specifications are forthcoming in an additional amendment. Amendment 0004 is issued to 1) Incorporate Attachment 11 - Specifications (Revised Sheets Only) to supplement Attachment 1 - Specifications, 2) Update Attachment 2 - Plans, 3) Update Attachment 3 - Price Schedule with inclusion of Option CLIN 1005 - Abandoned Well Closure, and Incorporate Attachment 12 - Submittal Register. Amendment 0005 is issued to 1) Update Attachment 3 Price Schedule removing Option CLIN 1002 - Mobilization and Demobilization and removed line item 32 Borrow - General Levee Fill from Price and Unit Breakdown for CLIN 0001 and 2) Replace Attachment 5 - DB Wage Determination CA20230007-2 with DB Wage Determination CA20230007-3.
