Request for quotation for one (1) Model DM-T20 Dimminutor Open Channel Comminutor, including a heavy-duty ductile iron body housing, cantilevered drive design, mechanical seal above cutters, hardened stainless steel stationary and rotary cutters, stainless steel sizing screen, and is to be painted with two coats of heavy epoxy coating (OSHA blue). The existing channel frame and control are to be used. Also includes one (1) submersible drive and motor (3HP, explosion-proof, 230/460V, 3ph, 60Hz) with 50 feet of cable and a sealed, vertical, oil-filled gear reducer. This equipment is intended for wastewater applications with a maximum flow of 6.4 MGD and is to replace S/N 6569.This request is based on vendor quote Number 67442 provided by Franklin Miller Inc.
