Description

The reader must come equipped with a standard low noise PMT detector for fluorescence and luminescence modes. System must come with two filter sets:1300 506 or equivalent, and 1300 504 or equivalent. The system must be capable fluorescence. System must be capable of measuring a full 220 to 1000 nm absorbance spectrum at 1 to 10 nm selectable resolutions in less than 1 second per well and up to eight discrete wavelengths in a single measurement at the same speed. System must include a laptop computer with Windows 10 professional, control software, and analytical software installed. System must include all cables and cords to ensure it is a fully mission capable system. Instrument must be compatible with SMART control MARS analysis software. System must be capable of RT QuIC.
