Description

Fort Drum, NY has a requirement for Aerial Herbicide Services. The Contractor shall provide all resources necessary to aerially apply chemical herbicide via helicopter to restore line-of-sight on various live fire ranges and the Main Impact Area on Fort Drum, NY. See document CSS_W911S225QA009 and all attachments for the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and all applicable FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions.  Quote Submission: All quotes shall be submitted electronically via the PIEE Solicitation Module. Quoters shall nominate a Proposal Manager in the PIEE Solicitation Module. The Proposal Manager shall respond and post quotes to this solicitation in the PIEE Solicitation Module. For information and training on how to add the role to the quoters profile, the functions of the Proposal Manager, and how to post an offer/bid/quote, go to https://piee.eb.mil/. Log on to PIEE; select Help; select New User Information and Help; select Web Base Training. The updated PWS Section 5 reflects further details of customer requirement to aerially apply herbicide via helicopter. Questions and Answers to solicitation are now included as an attachment.
