1. General: This is a SOURCES SOUGHT and is for informational/market research purposes only. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, QUOTATION OR BID, NOR A SYNOPSIS OF A PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION UNDER FAR SUBPART 5.2.2. Contract Information: The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist, to assist in determining the category of Small Business Set-Aside. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 532111 which has a corresponding Size Standard of $47 million dollars. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in any business, including all small businesses to include 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HUBZone, and Women Owned Small Business concerns. The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code.3. Requirement: 173d Fighter Wing, is seeking sources for a Wings and Eagles Airshow scheduled for 19-20 July 2025 which requires rental vehicles to support the incoming demonstration team. This includes delivery and pick-up of rental vehicles (18 Large SUV’s / Mini Vans and 33 full size sedans) to/from Kingsley Field Air National Guard Base, in Klamath Falls, Oregon. All vehicles need to be delivered and ready for use by 8:00 AM on July 16th and ready for pickup and return by 8:00 AM on July 21st.4. Submission Instructions: Responses to this sources sought notice must be submitted electronically (via email). A contractor’s response to this Sources Sought shall be limited to the Airshow Rental Vehicles Sources Sought Form. Please send your completed Airshow Rental Vehicles Sources Sought Form to Shana Stroh at shana.stroh@us.af.mil by 28 March 2025, 1:00pm PST. After a review of the responses a solicitation may be published on www.SAM.gov. However, responses to this notice will be considered adequate to a solicitation.
