This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested.Solicitation No. W15QKN-23-Q-A064 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, dated January 17, 2025. This requirement shall be competed on a Full and Open basis under NAICS code 611420 with a Small Business size standard of $16,000,000.00 dollars.The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities and Development Command (DEVCOM) - Armaments Center (AC), at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to competitively select and award firm-fixed-price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for CREO Training solicitation requirements included herein the attached Statement of Work (SOW), Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) / DD Form 1423, and Contract Addendum Quality Assurance Requirements. Offerors shall complete, sign and submit with their offer, the representations under FAR Provision 52.204-26 (c) Covered Telecommunications Equipment or Services-Representations. If applicable, the offeror will then complete and submit the Certifications under FAR Provision 52.204-24 Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment.
