The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) has a requirement for the procurement of SirsiDynix annual service subscription in support of the U.S. Army Research Institute for the Behavioral and Social Sciences (ARI) Technical Library. This solicitation is for a Sole Source award.  SirsiDynix Annual Subscription Renewal, is solicited in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
