The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to extend the closing date to 15 AUG 2023, 10:00 AM Eastern Daylight Savings Time (EDT). The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to incorporate FAR clause 52.204-27 Prohibition on a Bytedance Covered Application (JUN 2023).The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to provide a response to two Industry questions and incorporate Revised Attachment 1-Performance Work Statement dated 12 JUL 2023.
