This acquisition may result in the award of a Design Build (DB) Fixed Price Award-Fee (FPAF) ConstructionContract for P9837 Ambulatory Care Center at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. The Ambulatory CareCenter/Dental Clinic will have surgical capabilities to serve the population and support the mission of Naval StationGuantanamo Bay. It will include primary care, specialty care, surgery capabilities, central utility plant, ambulancegarage, and helipad with backup power. Supporting facilities include utilities, communications infrastructureimprovements, site improvements, parking, signage, antiterrorism/force protection measures, and environmentalprotection measures. Demolition of the existing hospital and support facilities is not included in the scope of thisproject.The services provided will include Primary Care, Emergency/Trauma, Behavioral Health, General Surgery,Women’s Health, Orthopedics, Optometry, Physical Therapy, Dental, Laboratory/Morgue, Pharmacy, Radiology,Operating Room/Surgery, Central Sterilization, administrative support, and logistical support .
