Commander, Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC)Logistics and Engineering Support Services Request for Proposal (RFP)Solicitation Number: N6852022R0001The solicitation released on SAM.gov 1 February 2022 at https://sam.gov/opp/23b665ba78b24ef690cd77901bfe9d95/view.  The Offeror shall submit all volumes of its proposal electronically via the PIEE Solicitation Module at https://piee.eb.mil.  It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor SAM.gov for additional information as the direct method of communication with the Government. Proposals are due by 12:00 PM EST on Monday 04 April 2022. Offerors shall submit proposals as directed by the RFP. Draft RFP Questions and Answers are posted in the Attachment Section of this announcement. REQUIREMENT: The Commander, Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) enterprise-wide has a requirement for support services for logistics and engineering, aligning systems life cycle engineering and logistics to all naval aircraft, weapons systems and related support equipment.  The main supported FRC sites are located at Jacksonville, FL; Cherry Point, NC; North Island, CA and the Naval Air Technical Data and Engineering Command located at San Diego, CA; as well as, detachments and remote sites. Fleet Support Teams (FST) logistics and engineering support services are anticipated to be procured to support multiple Type Model Series (T/M/S) of aircraft, as well as, full-spectrum aircraft maintenance operations to include Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) Engineering (MRO-E), Logistics (MRO-L), and Production (MRO-P). The resulting contract will also have scope to support new weapon systems, system modifications, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and support systems, including related equipment. The resultant contract will be a Single Award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract under which orders will be placed with Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) CLINs for services and Cost reimbursable CLINs for travel and incidental materials.  DISCLAIMER: Respondents are hereby advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this solicitation. All costs associated with responding to this announcement will be solely at the expense of the interested party.
