Amendment #4: The purpose of this amendment is to update Exhibit I (Wage Determinations) to incorporate current General Decision No. NV20240014 dated June 21, 2024.    Amendment #3 (Placeholder): Amendment 0003 was inadvertently skipped due to an issue with the Governments contract writing system. Contractors shall acknowledge Amendment 0003 on their proposals, even though nothing in the RFP was amended by Amendment 0003, and acknowledge all other amendments that may follow.    Amendment #2: The purpose of this modification is to: 1. Incorporate revisions to Section 00 21 16 01 - Solicitation Information, Section 00 21 16 03 - Instructions to Offerors, Section 00 21 16 04 - Evaluation Factors for Award, and Section 00 73 01 - Contract Type/Performance, Special Contract Requirements; 2. Update Exhibit I (Wage Determinations) to incorporate current Davis Bacon Wage Determinations; and 3. Provide responses to submitted Requests for Information (RFIs).    Amendment #1: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Incorporate revisions to SECTION 00 21 16 04 – Evaluation Factors f or Award; 2. Delete FAR 52.203-17 Contractor Employee Whistleblower Rights (NOV 2023); 3. Update Exhibit I (Wage Determinations) to incorporate current Davis Bacon Wage Determinations; 4. Change the proposal due date from June 12, 2024 to June 25, 2024; and 5. Provide responses to submitted Requests for Information (RFIs).
