Description

The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the MARMC Resurface Floors and Paint Walls Bldgs. CEP-200/209 that is identified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). All parts shall be new. No refurbished or used parts will be accepted.  Amendment 0001 - Correct Solicitation Response Date.  Amendment 0002 - Incorporate Bidder Questions and Answers Document.  Replace damaged Attachment 3 document with functioning Attachment 3. Amendment 0003 -  Incorporate Revised SOW – Changes to SOW include quantities for material removed,  Contractor shall provide enough materials to cover square footage of floors on this contract, and material for floors and painting shall be brought w/ contractor at start of contract. No HAZMAT material to be stored at CEP-200. Incorporate Additional Bidder Questions and Answers.  Amendment 0004 - Extend Proposal due date to 20 June 2023 at 1500 EDT.
