INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (MACC) FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION, RENOVATION, ALTERATION, DEMOLITION AND REPAIR WORK BY DESIGN BUILD OR BY DESIGN BID BUILD OF FACILITIES LOCATED PRIMARILY WITHIN THE NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING SYSTEMS COMMAND (NAVFAC) NORTHWEST AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDING WASHINGTON, OREGON, IDAHO, MONTANA, ALASKA, IOWA, MINNESOTA, NORTH DAKOTA, SOUTH DAKOTA, NEBRASKA, and WYOMING. IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT MOST OF THE WORK WILL OCCUR IN WA STATE, HOWEVER, PROJECTS COULD BE LOCATED ANYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES. Types of projects include, but are not limited to administrative and industrial facilities, housing renovation, child care centers, lodges, recreation/fitness centers, retail complexes, warehouses, housing offices, community centers, commercial and institutional buildings, manufacturing and industrial buildings and other similar facilities. THIS SOLICITATION IS 100 percent SET-ASIDE FOR 8(a) BUSINESSES LOCATED WITHIN SBA REGION X which consist of AK, ID, OR,  and WA. This MACC issued pursuant to DoD SBA Partnership Agreement dated Jan. 7, 2013. SBA tracking No.KH1616087697J.   NAICS Code 236220.   Annual Size Standard  $39.5 million.
