Description

The contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to perform Facility Investment Services for Fire Safety Systems Maintenance and Repair Services for Marine Corps Installations, Okinawa, Japan.  Locations of work include Camp Courtney, Camp Foster, Camp Kinser, Camp Lester, Camp Hansen, MCAS Futenma, Camp McTureous, Camp Schwab, Camp Gonsalves (also known as Northern Training Area (NTA) or Jungle Warfare Training Center (JWTC)), Buckner Communications Site and Taiyo Golf Course, Okinawa, Japan.  The contractor shall perform maintenance, inspection, testing, certification and repair for Fire Safety Systems includes Fire Alarm and Detection Systems, Automatic Sprinkler Systems, Foam Extinguishing System, Kitchen Fire Suppression Systems, Fire Pumps Engine, Exhaust Hoods and Ducts and Kitchen Hood Washing Systems.  Amendment 0001 is issued to replace the ELINs.  Amendment 0002 is issued to extend the proposal due date to 27 October 2023, 1000 hrs (JST). Amendment 0003 is issued to correct the solicitation module in PIEE to reflect the proposal due date extension made by amendment 0002 dated 29 Sep 2023. Amendment 0004 is issued to provide Government responses to the Pre-Proposal Inquiries (PPI) from offerors. Amendment 0005 is issued to extend the proposal due date to 2 November 2023, 1000 hrs (JST).  Amendment 0006 is issued to provide Government responses to the remaining Pre-Proposal Inquiries (PPI) from offerors and also to extend the proposal due date to 15 November 2023, 1000 hrs (JST). Amendment 0007 is issued to provide the updated documents.
