Upgrade a newly-renovated Facility 127 to provide a Secure Working Area (SWA) that meets current Secure Compartmented Facility (SCIF) and Open Secret Storage (OSS) facility standards. All work will be executed in accordance with the Construction Security Plan (CSP) developed specifically for this project. Technical specifications, drawings and CSP will be provided to offerors with a current facility clearance.
