This requirement is for the USNS JOHN L. CANLEY (T ESB 6) Post Shakedown Availability. See attached solicitation and attachments. This is an Unrestricted Full and Open Competition. Work items, References and Contract Data Requirements List will be sent to contractors who have provided the Technical Non-Disclosure Agreement.  Amendment N3220523R40830002 is posted identifying revised work items, J4 Attachment, adding a new J4 Attachment for the AIT Group, updated drawings/references and incorporating the following RFC Answers: 001, 002, 004-006, and 009-012.  Amendment N3220523R40830003 extends the RFC cutoff date to 27MAR23, extends the Solicitation expiration date to 20APR23, identifies revised or missing work items, provides updated drawings/references and incorporates the following RFC Answers: 003, 007, 008, 013-020, and revised answer for RFC 006.  Amendment N3220523R40830004, identifies revised work items, provides updated drawings/references and incorporates the following RFC Answers: 021 through 027.  Amendment N3220523R40830005, identifies revised work item 0623, provides updated drawings/references and incorporates the (Late) RFC 028 Answer.  Amendment N3220523R40830006, identifies revised Work Item (WI) Index, updated JLC Work Package References and Enclosure List and incorporates the (Late) RFC 028 and 030 Answers.  Amendment N3220523R40830007, incorporates revised Attachment J-2 (CAT A) and Attachment J-3 (CAT B) and makes minor changes to the description block of CLINs 0001AA and 0001AB. Amendment N3220523R40830008, incorporates revised Work Item Index Rev 05MAY23 (J-1 Attachment), revised Attachment J-2 CAT A (Attachment J-2), and revised JLC PSA Work package References and Enclosure List Rev 05MAY23.  The amendment removes WI 0623 - Self-Serve Laundry Expansion, adds WI 0716 – Modify Armory A5-94-2 Stowage Space and associated DWG’s and incorporates the answer to (Late) RFC’s 031 and 032.  Final proposals are due no later than Friday, May 30th, 2023 at 3:00pm EST .  Amendment N3220523R40830009, incorporates changes to the man-hours listed in CLIN 0002AA to 17,589 and changes to the man-hours listed in Section L, Instructions to Offerors, paragraph d(1)(b)4 to 22,311.  These change were necessary due to work item changes that were incorporated in Amendment 0008.
