The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to procure on a competitive basis contract support services to provide Commander, Naval Air Forces (CNAF), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) and other customers with the people, processes, facilitates, and aircraft for full life cycle program test and evaluation facilitates, and support to include requirements review, design, execution, analysis, evaluation, and reporting of tests and experiments of aircraft, unmanned air systems, weapons and weapons systems.
