Amendment 0005 - This amendment is to request Final Proposal Revisions (FPR). Amendment 0004 - This amendment provides an update to solicitation N00421-24-R-0002 and extends the proposal due date to 2:00pm EST on 14 December 2023. Amendment 0003 - This amendment provides an update to solicitation N00421-24-R-0002 and extends the proposal due date to 2:00pm EST on 07 December 2023. Amendment 0002 - The Government will accept industry questions regarding the solicitation until 2:00pm EDT on 19 October 2023. Amendment 0001 - This amendment corrects the Block 5 Date Issued date from 05-Sept-2023 to 05-Oct-2023. The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, Maryland Specialized and Proven Aircraft Program Office (PMA-226) Contracted Air Services (CAS) program requests proposals for Contractor Owned and Contractor Operated (COCO) Stand-Off Jamming (SOJ) aircraft services (N00421-24-R-0002). This acquisition is anticipated to be awarded as an Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with firm, fixed price and cost type contract line items (CLINs) for a four (4) year 364 day ordering period.
