The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) is issuing solicitation N00024-24-R-6200 on behalf of the Program Executive Office (PEO) Undersea Warfare Systems (UWS), Submarine Combat and Weapons Control Program Office (PMS 425) for INTER SUBSYSTEM MONITORING TOOL (ISMT) ON-BOARD TEAM TRAINER – MASTER CONTROLLER (OBTT-MC).   The solicitation will be competed via a small business set aside. Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://sam.gov/ to start doing business with the federal government. Information regarding this requirement was previously synopsized on 27 June 2022 on SAM.gov. The Government intends to award a single contract without discussions, as permitted by FAR 52.215-1, but reserves the right to conduct discussions if determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary.
