Description

You are invited to submit a proposal in response to the Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS) Implementation solicitation. The principal purpose of this requirement is to reengineer business processes, perform data interface/integration services, implement a single, integrated system, and leverage commercial software to conduct transportation, financial, and logistical operations for approximately 36,000 users across the Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise.This competitive acquisition will result in a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract with the ability to issue Firm Fixed Price, Labor Hour, Fixed Price Incentive (Firm), Cost Plus Fixed Fee,  and Cost-Plus Incentive Fee task orders. The contract will have an effective ordering period of 10 years from the contracts effective date. For administrative purposes only, the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541512, Computer Systems Design Services.Documents related to this acquisition, the solicitation, attachments, exhibits, any amendments, and links to online reference/technical/bidders’ library will be attainable electronically through the Solicitation Module in PIEE.
