AMENDMENT 0001: Questions and AnswersWashington Headquarters Services (WHS)/ Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) is releasing this solicitation electronically only, on the Department of Defense (DoD) Solicitation Portal in the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://piee.eb.mil/. Offerors will be notified of any and all applicable amendments to this solicitation electronically via PIEE. Offerors shall submit their proposals electronically through PIEE. Any proposal received after the due date and time specified for receipt will be considered late and will be rejected. This requirement is for a non-personal services contract to provide Dining Facility Support Services for George C. Marshall Center (GCMC) College of International and Security Studies (CISS) located in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany. NOTE: To submit the proposal package, the Offeror must be registered as a Proposal Manager in the DoD PIEE Suite located at https://piee.eb.mil
