****Amend 0001 and 0002: Responses to industry questions. **** Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) is on behalf of the Defense Legal Services Agency (DLSA) intends to award a hybrid contract which consists of Labor Hour and Time and Material CLINs for Guantanamo Bay Habeas Corpus Privilege Team and Military Commissions Privilege Team. The period of performance for the contract shall be for a 6-month base period, and four 12-month option periods, and will include the clause FAR Part 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. Attachment 3: Draft DD254 will be uploaded by July 14, 2023.
